Supreme Knight released a statement Thursday, March 17, which reads in part,
"Following this declaration, America must continue to focus on those being killed in this genocide, and our country, and the international community, must make sure the slaughter ends and that these innocent people are protected. There is much work still to be done, but this represents an important step forward."

Leaders from the fields of religious freedom, human rights, and Middle East policy came together to sign a letter addressed to the State Department urging for the inclusion of Christians in the official declaration of genocide in the Middle East. Supreme Knight Carl Anderson was one such signatory. #ChristiansAtRisk

Addressing the Knights and their families, Archbishop Warda said, “Brothers and sisters, you were among the first to extend a life-saving hand to us in our time of peril. You stood at our side, just as Mother Mary and the Beloved Disciple did at the side of the crucified Christ, even while much of the World turned away. … We ask you to continue to be a voice for our suffering.”
